📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

• During sales or high-volume seasons, processing may take an extra 1 business day.

🚚 Shipping Within Pakistan

We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 2,500 qualify for free delivery.

🎯 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.

• You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page on the website.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure:

• Your phone number is active

• You are available to receive the parcel at the shipping address

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unreachable, the parcel may be returned.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer:

• 7-Day Exchange Policy for size issues or genuine product concerns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

• Wrong address

• Unavailable customer

• Refusal to accept the parcel

You may be asked to pay the shipping fee again for resending.
